Q) Why choose handmade Luxury press ons over budget press ons?
A) Each set is custom made using soft gel tips, structured with builder gel and hand painted. They are thicker and more durable than store press ons and can be used for a night out, an event or for 2-3 weeks! An Application kit is $5 and includes instructions, glue, sticky tabs and everything you need to prep and apply!
Q) How do I know my sizes?
A) I offer pre-made, ready to ship sets in 22-24pc sets and in XS, S, M and Large (10pc sets) *You can also order a fully made sizing set, single color, glitter or basic art in any shape or length. I also offer the basic sizing kit for $5, this is the only way to guarantee perfect sizing.
When you place your $20 deposit for a custom 10 piece set, I ship you a sizing kit! (If you are a repeat client, I already have your sizes). When you get your kit, it is easy to measure your natural nail with no enhancements on it and write down your nail sizes. Once I have your custom sizes, and you approve your design choices, I start your set. Custom sets can range from $30- $100+ and balance is due before shipping.
Q) How to apply press ons?
A) Proper fit for each nail and Natural nail prep is key! Directions for application and removal is included in the $5 application kit! **Trim and file natural nails, push back cuticles (even the side walls), buff then clean with prep pad** Do check out a YouTube or two, if you are a newbie to press on life. Luxury press ons perform differently than thin, plastic ones.
Q) How do I remove my set?
A) Time to put down your phone! 😆 We recommend soaking your hands in very warm soapy water (add a little oil) for 15-20 minutes before trying to lift the cuticle edge with a cuticle stick. If nail does not pop right off, please soak for longer. Some press on nail removers or de-bonders can work, but may damage your press on set. We recommend a rotary e-file to help clean the old glue off the inside of your nail, and clean your set with warm soapy water before re-use.
Q) How fast is shipping?
A) Our Ready To Ship sets and Jewelry ship in 1-2 business days! **For customs -- Once your deposit is placed, we collaborate on a design to your desires. Once you approve your set, I'll send final invoice and I'll get to work on your custom set! We try to get all orders out within 3-5 days of design confirmation!
Q) What is the return policy?
A) For hygiene purposes, and because our products are custom made or worn against the skin, we are unable to accept returns and all sales are final.
